Our client is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Remote Online Course Instructors to develop and deliver engaging educational content. This is a fully remote, contract-based position ideal for subject matter experts who excel at online pedagogy. You will be responsible for creating high-quality course materials, facilitating student learning, and providing timely feedback to foster academic success. The role requires a strong commitment to student development and a flexible approach to online instruction. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive online course curriculum, including lectures, assignments, and assessments. Deliver engaging online instruction through various digital platforms. Facilitate online discussions and provide constructive feedback to students. Evaluate student work and administer grades accurately and promptly. Respond to student inquiries and provide academic support. Stay current with advancements in the subject matter and online learning methodologies. Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance course content and delivery. Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment. Adhere to institutional policies and quality standards for online education. Participate in faculty development opportunities related to online teaching. Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. in the relevant subject matter. Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in an online setting. Expertise in the specific subject area to be taught. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and online collaboration tools. Ability to create engaging and interactive course materials. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple courses simultaneously. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote capacity. A passion for education and student success. Experience with curriculum development is highly valued.
