You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a role that passes responsibility to others. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize headcount. The objective is to ensure fit. What You Will Be Doing

• Managing the entire enrollment lifecycle for prospective families, starting with initial outreach and extending through onboarding completion.
• Facilitating discovery conversations to assess alignment before proposing solutions or advancing families to subsequent stages.
• Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various phases of enrollment, maintaining organized tracking and timely follow-up.
• Directing campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment dialogues that articulate outcomes, standards, and the intended audience for the model.
• Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

Head Of Admissions Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that attracts and converts well-aligned families while safeguarding the standards and outcomes that define the Alpha model. Basic Requirements

• 3+ years providing high-touch, customized service in settings where client experience directly influences organizational reputation (education, premium hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial service roles).
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial inquiry through final onboarding.
• Experience managing 20+ concurrent relationships involving clients, guests, or families at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
• Capacity to present specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your offering when alignment was absent.
• Professional-level written correspondence experience with senior leaders, affluent clients, or discerning stakeholders.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, Southlake, TX, or Houston, TX.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
