We're now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis, providing administrative support and ensuring the seamless operation of our Airbnb properties. About the Role: Virtual Assistant - Airbnb & Administrative Support As a full-time Virtual Assistant, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of our short-term rental properties, handling a wide range of tasks that require exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Your primary focus will be on guest communication, reservation management, property coordination, and administrative support, with the flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, manage bookings, and provide support through various platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses that exceed our high standards.
  • Reservation Management: Oversee booking calendars, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and manage cancellations and modifications with precision and attention to detail.
  • Property Coordination: Collaborate with cleaners, maintenance personnel, and other service providers to ensure properties are guest-ready, maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Review Management: Monitor and respond to guest reviews, maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction and continually improving our services.
  • Listing Optimization: Assist in creating and updating property listings, ensuring they are optimized for visibility and bookings on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the management team, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as required.

Requirements: What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need a unique blend of hospitality experience, administrative expertise, and technical skills. We're looking for candidates who are not only proficient in English and Spanish but also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Hospitality and/or Administrative Experience: Direct experience with Airbnb or short-term rental management is highly preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to effectively interact with guests, property owners, and team members.
  • Organization Skills: The ideal candidate must be highly organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the requirements outlined above, we're looking for candidates who possess the following skills and competencies:

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking platforms, as well as our proprietary CMS, Hospitable, for managing properties.
  • Dynamic Pricing Management: Experience with PriceLabs or willingness to learn, to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.
  • Cleaning Management: Familiarity with Breezeway or similar platforms for cleaning management, ensuring properties are guest-ready.
  • Team Communication: Proficient in using WhatsApp and Zoom for team communication, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle guest issues and operational challenges calmly and efficiently, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
