Position Summary

We are currently hiring a meticulous and highly organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our growing operations at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information across multiple systems and databases. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input: Enter large volumes of information into arenaflex’s proprietary systems and databases with a high degree of speed and precision, ensuring that all records are correctly formatted and free from errors.
  • Data Verification and Correction: Review, audit, and correct existing data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information. Take initiative to resolve data quality issues before they escalate.
  • Database Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain internal databases, ensuring that records are current, complete, and properly categorized for easy retrieval by team members across the organization.
  • Reporting Support: Assist team leads and analysts with generating routine and ad-hoc reports. Compile, organize, and present data in formats that are easy to interpret and act upon.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in operations, customer service, and analytics to ensure that data inputs align with broader business needs and reporting requirements.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, following arenaflex’s data privacy and security protocols at all times.
  • Administrative Support: Perform a variety of general administrative duties as needed, including filing, document management, email correspondence, and scheduling support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency within the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in data management, office administration, or related fields are a strong plus.
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience as a data entry clerk, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is highly preferred. Familiarity with remote work environments is a bonus.
  • Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 45–60 words per minute and a strong commitment to maintaining accuracy.
