Position Overview

The Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex plays a vital role in shaping the customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with travel arrangements for both business and leisure purposes. Your primary mission will be to understand each customer's unique needs, preferences, schedules, and budgets, and to craft tailored travel solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Every call is different, and that is exactly what makes this role exciting. One moment you may be helping a corporate client rearrange a complex multi-city itinerary, and the next, you could be guiding a family through the process of booking their once-in-a-lifetime vacation. At arenaflex, we empower our representatives to think on their feet, use a variety of tools and resources, and explore creative approaches to problem-solving. You will be expected to leverage new technologies, stay current on travel industry trends, and continuously refine your sales and service techniques to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services, packages, or upgrades that add value to the customer's travel experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the company CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on travel industry trends, promotional offers, and company policies to provide informed and accurate guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share insights, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
