Position Overview – Customer Service Agent (Virtual, Temporary)

As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) within the arenaflex Retiree Health Solutions Sales and Service Center, you will be the frontline liaison for retirees navigating Medicare options. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, assist customers via live chat, and guide them through our self‑service portal. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that each participant receives accurate information, timely support, and a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to schedule or reschedule appointments with Benefit Advisors, ensuring participants are prepared for their consultations.
  • Answer inbound calls regarding application status, plan details, and general inquiries, delivering clear and empathetic responses.

Essential Qualifications
