Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Support Specialist to become a key member of arenaflex’s customer experience team. In this role, you will be the front line of communication with our customers, providing timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance across multiple channels.   • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer complaints, order discrepancies, returns, exchanges, and technical problems with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first‑contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Order Management: Process new orders, modifications, cancellations, and refunds in the arenaflex order management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaboration & Escalation: Work closely with the fulfillment, finance, and product teams to address complex issues, escalating when necessary while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM, capture key metrics, and contribute to weekly trend analysis reports that drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on new product launches, policy updates, and industry trends, proactively sharing insights with teammates and management.
  • Professionalism & Empathy: Uphold arenaflex’s brand voice—friendly, knowledgeable, and caring—while handling high‑stress situations with patience and poise.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer support, call‑center, or related role, preferably within e‑commerce or the pet care sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and courteously.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities, including the capacity to think critically under pressure and devise creative solutions.
  • Proficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud) and familiarity with ticketing, chat, and phone systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail when documenting interactions and processing transactions.
  • Self‑discipline to thrive in a remote work environment, including a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable high‑speed internet connection.
