You will leverage your analytical skills to generate actionable insights, develop recommendations, and support strategic initiatives that maintain arenaflex's reputation for industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex will be responsible for a wide range of analytical, operational, and strategic duties, including but not limited to:

  • Data Collection & Validation: Perform and assist team members in the Quality Control division with timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on critical data elements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting & Communication: Help create and deliver results from complex data analyses for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Support the investigation of urgent, unplanned requests arising from emerging operational issues, providing analytical insights that empower senior leadership to make well-informed business decisions while balancing ongoing project commitments.
  • Data Visualization: Present insights, trends, and recommendations through the use of data visualization tools, supporting the relevant aspects of analysis in ways that simplify and clarify stakeholder understanding.
  • Query Development & Data Integration: Assist in developing and distributing specialized queries to extract and organize data from multiple sources, establishing consistent cadence and validating the necessity of data requirements.
  • Process Auditing: Identify inconsistencies in processes through regular audits and inspections, clearly communicating findings to the team and recommending corrective actions.
  • Trend Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and procedures by monitoring for trends, anomalies, and deviations from established benchmarks.
  • Compliance-First Mindset: Ensure that a compliance perspective is embedded in every decision, recommendation, and analytical output produced.
  • Team Collaboration: Perform additional work duties as directed by the Team Leader, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
