  • Travel Information Delivery: Provide accurate, up-to-date information on flight schedules, baggage policies, check-in procedures, travel restrictions, loyalty program details, and other travel-related queries.
  • Issue Resolution and Complaint Handling: Address customer concerns with empathy, patience, and efficiency. De-escalate tense situations, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
  • Documentation and Feedback: Accurately document all customer interactions, noting key details, issues, and outcomes. Provide feedback to the team to support continuous improvement in processes, scripts, and customer experience strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments—including operations, quality assurance, and training—to enhance overall service delivery and identify opportunities for innovation.
