Position Summary

We are hiring a Part-Time Remote Virtual Assistant and Data Entry Specialist to support daily administrative operations, maintain data accuracy across internal systems, and assist with reporting, scheduling, and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports using collected data, ensuring that all information is presented clearly and accurately for decision-makers.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information, client records, and proprietary business data, following all data protection protocols.

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, or in a similar administrative support role, either in a remote or office-based setting.
