Receptionist/Verification Specialist
Join to apply for the Receptionist/Verification Specialist role at Evolve Psychiatry. Evolve Psychiatry is seeking dedicated remote professionals to join our team. We are a mid-large sized psychiatry practice based in New York, serving over 20,000 patients. Our services include Medication Management, Talk Therapy, TMS, and Spravato.
- This is a 1099 position. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments
- Collecting copays
- Making appointment reminder calls
- Collecting new patient information
- Verifying insurance
- Calling insurance companies for patient benefit information
- Assisting with prior authorizations for medications
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher
- 12 years of medical experience required
- eClinicalWorks experience is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance verification
- Medical billing experience is a plus
