Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound live chat messages on client websites, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and other supported social platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, discounts, shipping rates, return policies, and order status.
  • Identify sales opportunities within chat conversations and gently guide prospects toward completing a purchase.
  • Follow detailed scripts, knowledge‑base articles, and escalation procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
  • Document unusual or complex inquiries in the ticketing system for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the client’s internal support, sales, and logistics teams when additional assistance is required.
