Role Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative (Vehicle Claims Intake)

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join arenaflex’s remote Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for claims adjusters from the nation’s leading insurers, handling inbound telephone calls and accurately entering vehicle data for potential total loss claims. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer initial calls from claims adjusters, gather all necessary vehicle information, and confirm claim details with professionalism and empathy.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Input vehicle specifications, VIN numbers, damage assessments, and valuation data into arenaflex’s proprietary claims platform with a focus on completeness and precision.
  • Value Communication: Retrieve vehicle valuation from the system and clearly convey the information to the caller, ensuring they understand the basis for the estimate.
  • Escalation & Collaboration: Identify cases that require additional research or specialist input and route them to the appropriate internal department or subject‑matter expert.
  • Supplemental Workflows: Process faxed requests, dealer inventory updates, and other incoming tasks while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
  • Performance Metrics Adherence: Meet or exceed established attendance, production, quality, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive arenaflex’s renowned Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Employee Engagement scores.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑sharing forums to stay current on insurance terminology, vehicle valuation methods, and arenaflex platform enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • 1–2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or remote environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and courteously.
  • Strong technical aptitude; comfortable navigating multiple software applications, dual‑monitor setups, and web‑based platforms.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
