We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Remote Data Entry Clerk to become an integral part of our dynamic data‑services team. Key Responsibilities

Data Capture & Validation

  • Enter large volumes of data into arenaflex’s proprietary and third‑party databases with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks to verify the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of each record.
  • Identify and flag anomalies, duplicates, or missing information for further investigation.

Data Maintenance & Organization

  • Maintain organized, up‑to‑date data sets that adhere to arenaflex’s data governance standards.
  • Assist in routine data cleanup activities, including de‑duplication, re‑formatting, and enrichment.
  • Support the migration of legacy data into new systems, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.

Reporting & Communication

  • Generate basic reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools as requested by supervisors.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as analytics, client services, and IT—to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.

Essential Qualifications
