- Navigate multiple internal systems—including New Business, Claims, and In‑Force Back Office platforms—to retrieve and update information efficiently.
- Document each interaction with clear, concise notes that capture the essence of the conversation and any required next steps.
- Maintain departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by processing increasingly complex transactions with urgency and precision.
- Mentor and train Associate Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), sharing best practices and helping new hires develop core competencies.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, finance, or related fields are a plus.
- Six months to one year of experience as an Associate CSR or in a comparable customer‑facing role within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
