Role Overview – The Brand Champion Experience
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will become a trusted problem‑solver for our clients’ customers. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve billing and service issues, and identify product enhancement opportunities—all while maintaining a one‑call resolution mindset.
