Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer intent, qualify leads, and capture essential contact details for follow‑up by sales and service teams.
  • Schedule test‑drive appointments, service bookings, and finance consultations, ensuring a smooth handoff to the appropriate dealership representative.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of ever‑evolving product lines, dealership policies, and industry trends.
  • Summarize each chat interaction in a concise report, highlighting customer needs and recommended next steps for internal review.

  • Participate in a structured four‑week training program at our College Station campus, mastering arenaflex’s chat platform, product catalog, and customer‑service standards.
  • Commit to daily 5‑hour chat shifts after training, adhering to scheduled time blocks and maintaining a high level of responsiveness.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 35 words per minute; 40 WPM or higher is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional, positive tone.
  • Basic proficiency with Windows‑based computers, internet browsers, and chat software.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment; prior gaming experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Flexibility to attend training sessions Tuesday‑Saturday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm CST, for four consecutive weeks.
