Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst – Content & Brand Insights to join our remote research team. In this role, you will lead a variety of qualitative and quantitative studies that inform content strategy for both linear and streaming properties. You will partner with cross‑functional teams—including programming, marketing, and product development—to translate raw data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions for some of the world’s most beloved brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and manage end‑to‑end research projects, including pilot testing, advertising testing, concept testing, brand health tracking, and ad‑hoc studies.
  • Coordinate logistics for qualitative research: recruit participants, develop discussion guides, oversee stimulus preparation, and ensure accurate transcription.
  • Oversee quantitative research workflows: review questionnaires, validate data links, conduct statistical analysis, and create visualizations that highlight key findings.
  • Synthesize insights from multiple data sources, summarize trends, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop polished deliverables—slide decks, dashboards, and reports—using data‑visualization best practices to tell a clear, compelling story.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external research vendors to maintain project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Stay abreast of emerging audience behaviors, content consumption trends, and industry benchmarks to keep arenaflex ahead of the competition.
  • Mentor junior analysts, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the research function.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research in a media, entertainment, advertising agency, research firm, or brand consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with a track record of delivering complex studies on time and within scope.
  • Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Keynote).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft concise executive summaries and compelling presentations.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced remote setting.
  • Self‑starter with a passion for entertainment content and a curiosity about how audiences engage with stories across platforms.
