About The Role The Regional Sales Manager is a top performer and leader who directs their sales professionals to meet defined targets while developing and implementing the necessary sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies in assigned regions to elevate territorial sales volume to its highest level in a specific region of the country. Focused on driving sales in the assigned segment of business. Pay + Benefits: • 70,000 - 110,000 USD (base per year + Uncapped Commission!) • 401K • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance • PTO • Paid Holiday • Life Insurance What You'll Do • Plan and supervise workflows that lead to the greatest return on the company’s investments • Develops, directs, and coaches the members of a sales team, ensuring responsibilities, goals and objectives are clearly defined and understood • Meets with sales team frequently to manage opportunity funnels and sales activities; works with individuals to ensure efforts are directed and prioritized as needed • Utilize salesforce and other CRM tools for effective coaching and management of assigned geography and sales professionals • Keeps sales professionals informed of current products and future direction of company offerings • Foster Team development through effective coaching, positive motivation, clear communication of objectives and ongoing skills/product training with regular informal and formal feedback sessions • Leads relationship building efforts for the sales team by establishing contacts with internal and external sources • Maintain regional vendor relationships to drive continued sales growth for the assigned segment of business • Drive and apply sales objectives by forecasting and projecting expected sales volume and manage performance management process for each sales professional • Drive successful sales deployment and support of ancillary hardware and software for the assigned segment of business • Communicate and manage performance to achieve regional sales quotas • Endorse service and product enhancement to improve sales potential and customer satisfaction • Meet the needs of key customers and assess the quality of their relationship with the business • Create a collaborative culture, driving employee development and mission alignment • This position is responsible for a team of employees Qualifications • Ability for overnight travel where needed (60% of time) • History of successful attainment of sales goals and winning new business • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation and negotiation skill • Strong relationship builder • Experience in networking and cold calling/prospecting • Strong sense of urgency and proven track record to drive results • Strong organization skills to multi-task demanding priorities; effective use of resources to deliver customer results • Strong working knowledge of current and changing company products and service offerings; ability to maintain industry/competitor knowledge Education And Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field • 5+ years sales experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Prefer experience within the assigned segment of business • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools The Pay Range For This Role Is 70,000 - 110,000 USD per year(Remote - United States Apply Job!
