[Remote] Product Management Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MEMX is searching for a Product Management Analyst who will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and working with the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it. This role includes aligning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while gathering product requirements and prioritizing features to meet business goals and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
• Understand the MEMX system and architecture to effectively communicate technical changes
• Translate regulatory and business processes into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Analyze market trends and define the competitive landscape to inform product development
• Drive innovative solutions to meet market demands and stay ahead of competitors
• Collaborate effectively with various teams including Tech and Member Experience
• Conduct regular product reviews and make recommendations for improvements

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related role
• Knowledge of U.S. markets, market structure, and clearing
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development tools
• Experience with data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Knowledge of international markets a plus
• Desire to learn new things and be flexible in a quickly changing environment
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex operational setting
