[Remote] Lead Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Woodlawn Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated Lead Recruiter with prior staffing industry experience. This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines, building talent pipelines, and improving recruiting processes as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple industries and disciplines
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients
- Build talent pipelines across different industries and disciplines
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality
- Partner directly with company leadership to prioritize searches and develop recruiting strategies
- Implement and improve recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate activity within company systems
- Assist in evaluating and recommending recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and technologies that support long-term growth
- Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals
- Contribute to the development of Woodlawn's recruiting team and future recruiting operations
Skills
- 5+ years of staffing agency or recruiting firm experience preferred
- Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple disciplines and industries
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and creative recruiting methods
- Experience implementing or improving recruiting processes and workflows
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who can work independently with limited oversight
- Startup mindset with a willingness to build and improve processes as the company grows
