[Remote] Computer Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Northrop Grumman is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to join their team in defining the future within the Global Supply Chain SAP environment. This role involves gathering user requirements, developing solutions, and supporting the Level 2 ERP help desk for SAP questions while collaborating with business partners to improve existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and/or problems to improve existing systems
- Collaborate with business partners to develop solutions and correct system deficiencies
- Test solutions to ensure optimal system functionality
- Monitor integrated system interfaces for errors and address as necessary
- Draft & publish instructional materials and provide system training
- Directly support resolution of all software related problems with the purchasing à transportation interfaces
- Support suppliers with the OASIS portal and all associated vendor applications
Skills
- Master's degree preferred in Business Management, Information Technology, Global Supply Chain OR Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience OR Associate's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma and a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and individual contributors
- Willing and able to travel on short notice
- Willing and able to occasionally work outside of normal business hours (including weekends and shutdown) when necessary
- Proficiency in SAP S4 with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the following basic areas: Supply Chain, Operations, Visibility
- Computer Science or Technical Degree
- Knowledge of the Costpoint ERP solution
- Demonstrated success in developing cross functional teams
- Understanding of hardware and software requirements, design, development and testing of system integrations
- PMP, APICS, CPSM or CSCP certification
