They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery for AI-powered products, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and UX/UI teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap across multiple AI and workflow automation initiatives
  • Translate customer needs, business goals and technical requirements into clear product priorities
  • Create structured roadmaps with defined milestones, timelines and measurable outcomes
  • Partner closely with software engineering teams to drive predictable delivery and reduce ambiguity
  • Lead backlog management, sprint planning and prioritisation activities
  • Work alongside UX/UI teams to create intuitive user experiences across complex enterprise workflows
  • Balance customer requirements, technical constraints and commercial priorities when making product decisions
  • Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges before they impact timelines
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across leadership, product, engineering and customers
  • Track product success through user adoption, customer feedback and business impact metrics

Skills

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS, enterprise software or AI-driven environments
  • Proven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering complex software products
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence engineering, design and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product development best practices
  • Experience partnering with UX/UI teams to improve usability and customer adoption
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on delivery commitments and deadlines
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where products and requirements evolve quickly
  • Experience with AI, GenAI, automation or workflow orchestration products
  • Exposure to enterprise transformation, operational software or productivity platforms
  • Experience with product analytics, customer discovery and user research
  • Background working within high-growth software businesses
