[Remote] Implementation Application Senior Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MRO is a company specializing in healthcare technology solutions, and they are seeking an Implementation Application Senior Analyst. The role involves facilitating the deployment of Curation technologies, providing support to internal and external teams, and managing MRO applications to ensure effective implementation.
Responsibilities
- Gathering required data and completing configuration of MRO applications
- Managing Partner migration files including exporting files from legacy systems, validation of file content and format and importing data into MRO systems
- Participating in implementation calls to review technical specifications and answer Partner technical questions
- Testing and troubleshooting Partner data and providing feedback to Partner on results
- Resolving operational and technical issues as necessary
- Serve as primary resource during implementation for internal and external teams on set up and functionality of MRO applications
- Develop and maintain required documentation on MRO applications to allow transition to the application support team for ongoing support
- Collaborate and coordinate with other MRO resources and departments
- Ensure that proper escalation procedures are followed when timelines are adjusted or in jeopardy
- Other duties as assigned as appropriate
Skills
- 2-5 years' experience in healthcare and/or support environment
- Bachelors required or equivalent experience
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, deep work ethic required
- Excellent analytic skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and exceptional listening skills required
- Excellent computer skills specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain and strive in a daily high activity environment providing excellent customer service to meet objectives
