[Remote] Project Manager - UiPath
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OTOT Technologies is a digital transformation and automation firm headquartered in the DC metro area, dedicated to helping Federal agencies modernize their systems through innovative technology solutions. As a Project Manager (UiPath), you will lead automation initiatives, manage multiple projects, and ensure alignment with mission objectives while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of UiPath automation programs and projects
- Serve as the primary interface between OTOT, government stakeholders, and project teams
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate with UiPath developers, business analysts, solution architects, and client leadership
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, sprint planning meetings, and executive status reviews
- Track project performance and provide regular reporting on schedule, cost, scope, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Federal, DoD, and customer-specific requirements
- Support automation opportunity identification, pipeline development, and roadmap planning
- Drive adoption of automation governance, best practices, and delivery standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery
- Support proposal efforts, technical demonstrations, and customer presentations when needed
Skills
- U.S. Citizenship (required)
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of project or program management experience supporting Federal contracts
- Minimum 2+ years managing UiPath automation or RPA projects
- Working knowledge of UiPath products including Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Process Mining, and Automation Cloud
- Experience managing Agile delivery teams and software development projects
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing project schedules, status reports, risk registers, and executive briefings
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- PMP Certification
- UiPath Business Analyst, Automation Solution Architect, or Project Manager certification
- Experience supporting DoD or Federal civilian agencies
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, Agile, and CI/CD delivery methodologies
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or intelligent automation programs
- Knowledge of AI-enabled automation, process mining, and intelligent document processing solutions
