They are seeking a Bilingual Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist to assist utility customers in making their homes more energy efficient through inbound customer interactions and support across various programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple programs using multiple platforms, providing a range of services, including customer service, visit scheduling, customer enrollment, program offering education, tech support, online support, and/or status updates
  • Handle inbound or outbound voice calls
  • Navigate a script expertly
  • Support customers and tech inquiries
  • Maintain a committed schedule with set lunches and breaks
  • Balance customer support while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • No attendance or punctuality concerns
  • Ability to thrive in an intensive environment, balancing customer support while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a customer-facing environment required; Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred
  • Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
  • "How can I help you?" attitude
  • Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred
