[Remote] Plaintiff Consumer Finance Litigation Attorney — Remote

They are seeking a Plaintiff Consumer Finance Litigation Attorney to manage their own docket of cases, negotiate settlements, conduct legal research, and collaborate with a team, all while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent docket of plaintiff-side consumer finance litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of consumer clients, advocating for maximum recovery
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Analyze FCRA and related consumer finance claims and develop litigation strategies
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and legal development
• Stay current on developments in consumer finance law, FCRA, and related regulatory frameworks

Skills

• Active California Bar license (required)
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Strong writing, negotiation, and case management skills
• Self-directed with the ability to manage a full docket independently
• Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team environment
• Plaintiff-side litigation experience strongly preferred
• Consumer finance law background a significant plus; FCRA experience especially valued
