[Remote] Sr. MS Access Database Developer - Lead (Contingent)

They are seeking a Sr. MS Access Database Developer - Lead to maintain and enhance the client's Financial Management Tool (FMT). This role involves leading development, maintenance, and optimization of databases while ensuring data integrity and user support.
Responsibilities
- Leads development, maintenance, and optimization of the MS Access front-end and AWS/MariaDB backend
- Manages forms, queries, reporting tables, automation, and ODBC connectivity
- Ensures reporting accuracy, daily refresh processes, performance tuning, and error resolution
- Oversees version control, data integrity, user support, and access/role management
Skills
- 8+ years of MS Access development experience
- Expertise with MariaDB/MySQL
- Experience in federal IT financial data systems and reporting automation
- Strong SQL and database integration skills
- Public Trust Eligibility Required
- U.S. Work Authorization
- Bachelor's degree; equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience will be considered
