[Remote] Commercial Accounts Project manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ServiceMaster Recovery Management is a leading provider of residential and commercial services in restoration and cleaning. They are seeking a Commercial Accounts Project Manager to own relationships with top-tier clients, manage loss dispatch, resolve issues, and lead customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Loss dispatch management — Coordinate new and active losses from initial dispatch through project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to all account guidelines, pricing, billing formats, and timelines
- Issue resolution & negotiation — Resolve quality, service, and invoicing issues while negotiating fair outcomes with franchises, vendors, and partners
- Customer service leadership — Lead day‑to‑day customer interactions, delivering timely updates and driving outcomes aligned with cost, quality, and speed metrics
- Project & documentation oversight — Prioritize and manage multiple site‑specific issues, maintain accurate daily documentation, and ensure vendor portals and account matrices remain up to date
- Data analysis & decision‑making — Analyze contracts, evidence, and root causes to make informed decisions and develop strategies that improve operational efficiency
- Estimate & invoice review — Review scopes, estimates, and invoices for accuracy; audit submissions; negotiate settlements; and support franchise training on proper invoicing
- Franchise network support — Serve as a resource for franchises by assisting with scopes, mitigation guidance, documentation, reporting, and navigation of submission platforms
Skills
- Skilled in restoration platforms such as Time and Material software, Restore 365, XactAnalysis, Xactimate, and Cotality tools (Workspace, Estimate, Validate)
- Maintain a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional appearance while responding quickly to evolving needs
- Willing to travel for CAT events or large projects, work nights/weekends when needed, and participate in on-call rotations
- Understanding of hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, mold), IICRC standards, and unsanitary water categories 2, 3, and special situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams and clients
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service in fast-paced or service-driven environments
