They are seeking a Business Operations Governance Analyst to support program delivery by providing technical, operational, and analytical expertise, ensuring successful collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional collaboration across Client and partner organizations
  • Assist in identifying risks, tracking issues, and driving mitigation actions, escalating as appropriate
  • Contribute to documentation, reporting, or technical analysis as required
  • Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Help maintain continuity of operations across related workstreams

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with technical or operational processes relevant to Client
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools
  • Experience with Client, other federal, or federal health IT programs
  • Knowledge of Millennium EHR systems or system integration activities
  • Background in cybersecurity, data, operations, or testing environments
