[Remote] Senior Functional Consultant – Kinetic ERP Migration
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Noblesoft Technologies is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Kinetic ERP Migration. This role is essential for leading ERP migration initiatives, focusing on functional discovery, fit-gap analysis, and ensuring business process alignment throughout the migration process.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional discovery workshops across key ERP modules
- Perform fit-gap analysis between legacy ERP processes and target-state ERP functionality
- Identify opportunities to reduce customizations and adopt standard ERP capabilities
- Document functional requirements, business gaps, and migration assumptions
- Configure ERP modules to support migrated business processes
- Validate functional setups for cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud migration scenarios
- Support company setup, reporting requirements, workflow configurations, dashboards, and security roles
- Ensure configurations align with established standards and reusable delivery patterns
- Provide Functional Leadership For Data migration validation (master, transactional, and historical data)
- Mapping legacy data to target ERP structures
- Reconciliation activities and functional sign-off
- Migration readiness assessments and issue resolution
- Align ERP functionality with customer business processes
- Advise stakeholders on process optimization opportunities using ERP capabilities
- Support change management activities by enabling business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases
- Act as the primary functional point of contact for assigned projects
- Collaborate with technical consultants, data migration teams, project managers, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate issue resolution and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
Skills
- 10+ Years of experience
- Lead functional discovery workshops across key ERP modules

- 8-12 years of ERP functional consulting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP implementations and migration projects
- Proven experience supporting cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud ERP migrations
- Deep functional knowledge of ERP modules and end-to-end business processes
- Strong understanding of ERP data structures and interdependencies
- Experience supporting complex business transformation initiatives
- Strong documentation skills, including Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Fit-Gap Analysis, Validation Reports, Business Process Documentation
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Cutover Planning, Go-Live Activities
- Ability to work with standardized templates, methodologies, and delivery processes
