[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager - SFOs

Addepar is a global data and AI platform empowering investment professionals to turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for the Single Family Offices segment, responsible for driving growth and pipeline success through data-driven marketing strategies and targeted acquisition campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across performance channels (digital, paid media, email, web, etc.) to drive brand awareness, high-value lead generation, and pipeline acceleration within the Single Family Office segment
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to align on messaging and content strategy to ensure effective messaging in market
- Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to efficiently monitor campaign performance, deliver clear data points, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate a high-impact portfolio of digital activations, content distribution, and boutique event/roundtable marketing activities tailored to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) networks
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of family office market trends, integration requirements, and persona challenges, serving as the team's SME on how these can be leveraged across growth campaigns
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology, wealth management, or software industry
- Proven experience leading and driving performance marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- Strong project management skills specifically managing multiple growth marketing initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal connections with internal sales collaborators and external stakeholders
- Creative problem solver with a strategic perspective and a data-driven approach
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- MBA is a plus
