[Remote] SAP Program Manager

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated SAP Program Manager to join its team in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. The role involves leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, managing program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment of business objectives with technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from strategy through deployment and hypercare
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Ensure successful execution of SAP Activate methodology and best practices
- Oversee multiple workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Data Migration, Integration, Testing, Security, and Change Management
- Drive program governance, decision-making, and issue resolution processes
- Build strong relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and external vendors
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular status reporting to senior management
- Align business transformation objectives with SAP solution capabilities
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and vendor contracts
- Monitor financial performance and ensure program delivery within approved budget and timeline
- Optimize resource utilization across internal teams, consulting partners, and third-party vendors
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Establish quality assurance frameworks and ensure adherence to project standards
- Monitor program health, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business outcomes
- Provide strategic oversight for SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration, data migration, and deployment strategies
- Collaborate with SAP solution architects and functional leads to ensure solution alignment with business requirements
- Guide implementation approaches including Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition methodologies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP or SAP programs
- 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience
- Proven track record leading complex global SAP programs valued at $10M+
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and business processes
- Experience managing system integrators and global delivery teams
- Expertise in program governance, financial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- SAP Activate Project Manager certification
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certification
- Experience with SAP Rise, SAP Cloud solutions, SAP BTP, and SAP Fiori
- Experience in regulated industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Utilities, or Financial Services
- Experience leading global transformation programs across multiple geographies
