[Remote] Marketing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Networks Connect is a boutique strategy consulting firm based in Indianapolis that partners with nonprofit, education, and community-driven organizations. They are seeking a Marketing & Creative Services Manager who will take ownership of the entire marketing function, developing and executing initiatives across various channels and directly impacting the firm's market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives across digital and print channels
• Create content — written, graphic, photo, and video — for newsletters, campaigns, announcements, and social media
• Manage and update website content and coordinate ongoing improvements
• Design and format proposals, presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials
• Maintain brand standards and develop templates and design resources for internal and external use
• Track and report on website, social media, and campaign performance metrics
• Coordinate social media content calendars and publishing schedules
• Support business development efforts through compelling marketing collateral and thought leadership content

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience; internship or project-based work welcomed
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for clean, consistent design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Must be based in the U.S. and able to work aligned to Indianapolis-area time zone
