[Remote] ⭐KIN Apparel Retention & E-Commerce Marketing Associate⭐

KIN Apparel is a functional fashion brand seeking a strategic, hands-on marketer for the position of Retention & E-Commerce Marketing Associate. This role focuses on customer lifecycle marketing, collaborating closely with the internal team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
- Manage SMS campaigns and coordinated cross-channel messaging through Attentive or similar platforms
- Support loyalty, reviews, rewards, and referral strategy through Yotpo
- Update Shopify product pages, collections, landing pages, and promotional pages as needed
- Build retention plans for product launches, seasonal drops, collaborations, and promotions
- Segment customers based on purchase behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage, product interest, and loyalty activity
- Create or coordinate brand-aligned copy for email, SMS, landing pages, and customer journeys
- Monitor campaign and flow performance, including revenue, conversion rate, click rate, open rate, deliverability, and list health
- Provide weekly reporting with clear insights, recommended next steps, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the internal team on launches, promotions, customer experience, and last-minute campaign pivots as needed
Skills
- 3-5+ years of e-commerce, lifecycle, retention, and/or digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Yotpo, and Attentive or similar SMS platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automated flows, retention strategy, customer journeys, and promotional campaigns
- Strong copywriting instincts with the ability to maintain a clear, community-centered brand voice
- Comfortable reviewing campaign performance data and turning insights into action
- Experience with product launches, seasonal promotions, landing pages, A/B testing, and marketing calendars
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and able to work independently in a remote startup environment
- Comfortable collaborating with founders, creative teams, and fast-moving internal teams
- Able to balance strategy, execution, creativity, reporting, and customer experience
- Self-motivated and excited by measurable growth, owned-channel revenue, and customer retention
- Fashion, hair care, beauty, apparel, wellness, or DTC brand experience is a plus
