[Remote] Senior Clinical Marketing Manager (Healthcare Partnerships)

Regal Intel is a non-profit research consortium focused on integrating advanced technology into clinical practice to eliminate diagnostic gaps. They are seeking a highly strategic Senior Clinical Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and institutional adoption of core diagnostic technology, engaging hospital networks and clinical institutions.
Responsibilities
- Hospital Identification & Outreach: Develop and execute targeted strategies to identify and engage hospitals, regional health systems, and rural clinics that are prime candidates for deploying the nesy-fgl diagnostic node
- Value Proposition & Messaging: Translate highly technical AI and data-privacy architectures into clear, compelling clinical, operational, and ethical value propositions for healthcare stakeholders
- Sales Enablement & Collateral: Craft high-impact educational and promotional materials, pitch decks, and use-case studies tailored to the unique operational challenges of healthcare providers
- Go-To-Market Execution: Oversee product marketing initiatives from concept to execution, working closely with product and scientific teams to ensure tight alignment between our technology and market needs
- Stakeholder Engagement: Drive campaigns and thought-leadership initiatives that foster trust and long-term partnerships with medical institutions, patient advocacy groups, and key opinion leaders in the rare disease space
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in clinical marketing, product marketing, or B2B healthcare partnerships
- Proven track record of marketing to hospitals, healthcare systems, or clinical networks
- Deep understanding of the hospital procurement landscape and the ability to build lead-generation funnels targeting clinical decision-makers
- Exceptional ability to distill highly complex, technical information (e.g., machine learning, data sovereignty) into clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication
- A genuine passion for healthcare equity, rare disease advocacy, and utilizing technology to save lives over maximizing corporate profits
- Experience with medical technologies, digital health SaaS, AI applications, or clinical diagnostic tools is highly preferred
