THE ROLE Reporting to the EVP Go-To-Market, you will operate as a senior individual contributor driving Spryker's global expansion. This isn't a standard "lead-gen" role; you are a Pipeline Architect. You will navigate complex enterprise landscapes, engage C-level stakeholders, and orchestrate high-impact outbound motions to position Spryker as the partner of choice for digital transformation. You'll be coached and work closely with an experienced peer through your ramp and the early iteration phase and take full ownership of your territory and your motion. Here’s what that actually means: Strategic Territory Penetration: Execute sophisticated, multi-channel outbound strategies (social, executive outreach, and events) to break into Tier-1 enterprise accounts. Execute Spryker's outbound motion. Phone, email, LinkedIn, events – your job is to get in front of senior stakeholders of large B2B companies through different channels. Spark interest, uncover needs, build trust and develop relationships. Talk to decision-makers. Your target contacts are CTOs, CIOs, Director of eCommerce, VP Digital Sales. You need to be able to have a conversation with these people – not just pitch, but understand their business goals and commerce requirements. Uncover potential customer’s needs. You run discovery conversations, figure out whether there’s a real project, and hand off to our Client Executives and Solution Engineers – with a clean handover, detailed discovery notes, and a proper briefing so they can hit the ground running. Bring your own ideas. The framework is set, but you’re not just here to follow instructions. If you see a better messaging angle or want to test a new sequence – you have the freedom to test it. Keep the CRM clean. Write clear notes on your outbound efforts and monitor your results. Collaborate with the whole Spryker team. What trends are you seeing? What objections are coming up? What’s the competition doing? Your day-to-day experience has an impact on our Marketing, Sales and Partner Management. Grow continuously. Your Manager & experienced peers will actively coach you – through call reviews, joint sessions, and regular feedback. This role is built for development, not just execution. WHAT YOU BRING At least 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Inside Sales in enterprise SaaS. You’ve prospected into large companies before and you know how complex their buying processes are. The Mindset: You are a "consultative hunter." You enjoy the challenge of a complex, technical sell, know how to build a business case for long-term digital investments, and see mastering this craft as the goal in itself — not a short stop on the way to a closing seat. Creativity across channels. Cold calling is part of it, but so is everything else – personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn posting, video messages. You’re willing to experiment with different formats to grab attention and spark genuine interest. Comfortable at C-level. You understand how a CTO or CIO thinks and can argue on their level – not with feature lists, but with business relevance. Communication Mastery: You have a "fearless" phone presence. You are skilled at navigating gatekeepers and possess the verbal agility to handle complex objections on the fly while maintaining a consultative, professional tone. Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, or similar. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should pick things up quickly. Readiness to learn and grow. You'll be coached by your Team Lead/Manager (call reviews, joint sessions, regular feedback). Expect to level up your outreach, discovery, and executive conversations over time – this role is meant to grow with you. AI Fluency: You use AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and iterate fast without losing your own voice or judgment. Native-level German, C1 English.
