Resilience Technical Lead, Remote (EU) – International Client Job role: Resilience Technical Lead. Minimum experience: 10 years. Studies required: Bachelor. Language: English (C1) (Mandatory). Location: Remote (EU). DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly experienced Resilience Technical Lead with over 15 years of expertise and a strong technical background in Disaster Recovery, Cyber Recovery, on-premises infrastructures, and cloud environments. This role is responsible for leading and developing internal technical teams while ensuring the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives. The Technical Lead will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, robust governance frameworks, and effective financial control across all workstreams. The position requires strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Tasks: · Lead and mentor internal technical teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. · Oversee the full project lifecycle, including: -Scoping and planning. -Requirements definition. -Testing and validation. -Deployment and service transition. · Drive the delivery of complex resilience and transformation projects within scope, time, and budget. · Define, implement, and adapt governance frameworks to ensure consistent execution excellence. · Develop and maintain detailed project plans and high-quality documentation, including: -RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). -Status reports. -Technical documentation. · Ensure alignment of projects with business strategy and resilience objectives. · Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies. · Escalate critical risks and issues to leadership, enabling informed decision-making. · Maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders regarding milestones, progress, and blockers. · Ensure financial oversight and cost control across all initiatives. Specific Expertise: · Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs. · Strong expertise in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Cyber Recovery. · Solid knowledge of cloud environments (multi-cloud preferred). · Extensive experience with on-premises infrastructure management. · Hands-on experience in hybrid IT environments. · Strong project and program management capabilities. · Experience applying governance frameworks and delivery methodologies. · Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. · Professional proficiency in English. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to work under pressure and drive decision-making.
