Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, this role will play a key part in supporting high-volume recruiting efforts within the mortgage industry, assisting with sourcing initiatives, coordinating interview processes, and managing onboarding activities for new hires. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.
What You'll Do
Source candidates and build talent pipelines for open roles and future hiring needs using Linkedln Recruiter and other recruiting platforms. Engage candidates through Linkedln lnMail, email, phone calls, and text outreach while building strong relationships with both active and passive talent. Manage candidate movement throughout the interview process within Greenhouse, including interview coordination, scheduling, and status updates. Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience through professional communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process. Conduct detailed reference checks and maintain accurate candidate Manage onboarding activities through Greenhouse Onboarding and Gusto, our HR platform, ensuring onboarding tasks, new hire documentation, and checklists are completed accurately and on time. Support new hires throughout the onboarding process and coordinate onboarding logistics across departments to ensure a seamless experience. Support high-volume hiring efforts while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Partner closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and onboarding operations.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. Experience supporting recruiting efforts within the mortgage, financial services, or related industries preferred. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first Experience using Linkedln Recruiter and other sourcing tools
