Healthcare Territory Manager Inizio is seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Healthcare Territory Manager to support the growth and adoption of healthcare solutions across a defined territory. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives in complex healthcare environments, excels at building strategic partnerships, and can effectively navigate health systems to drive access and utilization. The successful candidate will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, account development, and sustainable territory growth. 12-Month contract (possibility of renewal)

Key Responsibilities

Identify key decision-makers and build strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare stakeholders across long-term care, hospitals, and community settings Drive awareness and adoption of healthcare solutions by clearly communicating product value, features, and benefits to diverse audiences Engage and educate key stakeholders, including NSWOCCs, specialists, Registered Nurses, and senior care teams on best practices, product selection, and effective implementation Maintain consistent engagement with LHIN managers, hospital administrators, and clinical leaders, providing guidance to support product access and integration across the region Monitor territory performance against objectives, analyze market dynamics, and identify opportunities to expand reach and maximize growth Gather and communicate field insights, stakeholder feedback, and market trends to leadership and marketing teams to inform strategic initiatives Operate autonomously in a remote, field-based environment while collaborating closely with regional and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, territory management, or account management Proven experience working within Long Term Care Facilities, hospital systems, health authorities, or integrated care settings Demonstrated success managing complex accounts and influencing diverse stakeholders Experience with tenders, procurement processes, and contract negotiations within healthcare systems is strongly preferred Familiarity with medical products, wound care, or healthcare solutions is an asset Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of healthcare systems, funding pathways, and access dynamics Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities Strategic thinker with strong territory planning and execution skills Solid commercial acumen, including forecasting, opportunity identification, and market analysis Effective communicator with the ability to translate product value into system-level impact Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across functions and levels Our Benefits: Health Benefits as of day 1 of employment Length of Service Awards Quarterly Star Awards Yearly Inizio Circle of Excellence Awards Referral bonus Library of online training courses Salary range: 70-78k + Bonus and car allowance.
