Role Overview

This is a fully remote, full‑time position based in the United States. You will work within a collaborative, high‑performing team that processes incoming fund documents received via email and secure portals. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the stamina to maintain focus throughout the workday. While no specific domain expertise is required, a comfort with web‑based applications and a proven track record in data collection or entry will set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Access and retrieve fund‑related documents from multiple sources, including email inboxes, secure portals, and cloud storage platforms.
  • Accurately match each incoming document to its corresponding investor vehicle, portfolio, or fund identifier using arenaflex’s proprietary tracking system.
  • Interpret and follow client‑specific instructions, ensuring that every document is processed in accordance with established guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Perform rigorous verification checks to confirm data integrity, flagging any discrepancies for review by senior analysts or managers.
  • Maintain detailed logs of processed documents, updates, and any exceptions, providing transparent audit trails for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively with fund managers, internal colleagues, and external partners to resolve ambiguities, request missing information, or clarify processing rules.
  • Achieve daily and weekly throughput targets, balancing speed with precision to meet the performance expectations set by your supervisor.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice documentation methods.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; additional coursework in business, finance, or information systems is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating web‑based software applications.
