Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction, project profitability, and the continued reputation of arenaflex as a trusted partner in the energy and automation space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate the project’s statement of work, contract terms, and technical specifications with the customer, acting as the primary point of contact for all project‑related inquiries.
  • Gather and confirm detailed customer requirements, including drawings, bill of materials, site constraints, and safety considerations.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, aligning internal manufacturing timelines, third‑party vendor deliveries, and on‑site activities.
  • Provide proactive sales support during quotation and preparation phases to guarantee specification compliance and realistic execution expectations.

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Lead kickoff meetings, disseminate project plans, and maintain clear communication channels among engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and field service teams.
  • Coordinate all arenaflex onsite activities, including subcontractor management, ensuring adherence to arenaflex safety policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor progress against milestones, track task completion, and manage any deviations through timely issue resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate the exchange of technical requirements, change orders, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitoring, Controlling & Reporting

  • Continuously assess project performance, updating schedules, budgets, and risk registers to reflect real‑time status.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to customers and internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements, upcoming milestones, and any emerging concerns.
  • Manage financial reconciliation, including revenue recognition forecasts, cost tracking, and margin analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering, product alternatives, and process improvements that enhance customer value and project profitability.

Project Closeout & Post‑Implementation Support

  • Oversee final verification of equipment arrival, installation, start‑up, and customer training.
  • Coordinate with field services, after‑shipment support, and training teams to ensure a seamless transition to operational status.
  • Conduct post‑project reviews, capture lessons learned, and document best practices for future initiatives.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and that the customer receives a comprehensive handover package.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven project management experience in construction, electrical power distribution, or mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, BMS, UPS, medium‑voltage switchgear).
  • Strong understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, risk mitigation, and contract administration.
  • Technical knowledge of facility and building systems, including diesel generators, power distribution equipment, fire/security systems, and cooling/heating rack solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, drive customer satisfaction, and improve project profitability.
  • Experience supervising technical staff and mentoring junior project members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
