Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call‑center experience preferred).
  • Age 18 + and a high school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and comfort using desktop computer systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a talent for clear, empathetic dialogue.
  • Logical problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
