Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Operator – High-Volume Information Management & Administrative Operations Specialist to join our administrative team. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical tasks that support our daily operations and long-term strategic goals. Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurate Data Input: Entering data from various sources, including paper forms, spreadsheets, electronic documents, handwritten notes, and digital files into our computer systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Data Verification: Reviewing and cross-checking entered data to ensure consistency, correctness, and completeness. Identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Formatting and Standardization: Formatting data according to arenaflex’s internal standards and protocols, ensuring uniformity across all records and databases.
  • Organizing and Filing: Systematically organizing, categorizing, and filing both physical and digital records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping policies.
  • Customer Inquiry Response: Handling basic customer inquiries related to data records, account information, or general administrative questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Database Maintenance: Updating existing records, removing duplicates, and archiving outdated information to maintain a clean and efficient database.
  • Quality Assurance: Participating in regular quality checks and audits to ensure data integrity and adherence to company standards.
  • Reporting: Generating routine reports on data entry metrics, error rates, and processing times to support management decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, including accounting, human resources, and customer service, to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role at arenaflex, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proven Typing Skills: Demonstrated ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 50-60 words per minute (WPM), with a strong emphasis on accuracy over speed.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus and precision when handling large volumes of data, with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data formatting is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries professionally and clearly.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
