Position Overview

arenaflex is actively seeking motivated, articulate, and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding team of Remote Customer Experience Specialists. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service on behalf of our prestigious Fortune 500 clients. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound phone calls, responding to chat messages, and managing email inquiries from customers seeking assistance with a wide range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a steady volume of inbound customer phone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries received via chat messaging platforms
  • Manage and resolve customer email requests, ensuring thorough and timely communication

Earnings and Revenue Potential

At arenaflex, we believe that hard work and dedication should be rewarded fairly. Contractors in this program can earn up to $19 per hour, with compensation determined by your active phone call status while assisting customers. Beyond the base hourly rate, additional performance-based incentives are available based on client-specific metrics and individual achievements.   • Computer: A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB of RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Internet Connection: High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for reliable connectivity
  • Headset: A wired USB headset with a high-quality microphone for clear communication
  • Security: Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed on your computer
  • Mobile Device: A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
  • Work Environment: A quiet, secure, and uninterrupted workspace with an organized desk area free from distractions during scheduled working hours

Contractual Relationship and Important Disclosures

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual, independent contractor arrangement. You will maintain independent contractor status for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for managing your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

Eligibility and Location Requirements

arenaflex is currently unable to work with contractors residing in the following states: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.

We are able to work with contractors residing in: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

All contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check as part of the onboarding process.
