  • Provide Product Recommendations: Use the training and product knowledge provided by arenaflex to recommend items that best match the customer's preferences and needs, increasing the likelihood of a sale.
  • Answer Questions with Confidence: Address common questions about product features, materials, sizing, shipping, returns, and promotions with clarity and accuracy.
  • Drive Sales Conversions: Use persuasive but friendly communication techniques to guide customers through the buying journey and help them complete their purchase.
  • Maintain a Positive Brand Image: Represent arenaflex and our partner brands with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm in every interaction.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately log chat conversations, customer feedback, and key details in the company CRM or chat management platform.
  • Meet and Exceed Performance Goals: Work toward individual and team targets related to chat response time, customer satisfaction, conversion rate, and sales commissions.
  • Stay Up to Date on Products and Promotions: Participate in ongoing training sessions and product briefings to ensure you always have the latest information at your fingertips.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Communicate with fellow chat agents, team leads, and managers through internal chat tools to share insights, ask questions, and continuously improve performance.

Essential Requirements

  • Reliable Device: You must have access to a laptop, desktop computer, phone, or tablet that you can use to perform chat-based customer support duties.
