As a Destination Experience Specialist, you will assist clients in researching, coordinating, and customizing destination-based experiences tailored to their preferences, acting as a trusted resource to ensure seamless planning and exceptional client care from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs.
• Research and coordinate destination options, accommodations, and experiences.
• Provide detailed information and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the planning process.
