Remote Learning Content Catalog Manager
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in that is seeking a Remote Learning Content Catalog Manager. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a learning content catalog, including taxonomy, metadata, and content classification
- Coordinate with vendors to update catalog content and resolve data or course issues
- Ensure compliance with professional education standards (e.g., CPE, CLE)
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and insight generation to support learning initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards, automated workflows, and reporting tools
- Leverage AI tools to streamline processes, generate insights, and enhance stakeholder experience
- Support vendor onboarding/offboarding and large-scale content migrations
- Monitor and troubleshoot data, system, and learner issues
- Deliver recurring reports and insights to stakeholders (e.g., quarterly updates, deep dives)
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and innovative solutions
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
- Experience with Power BI/Power Platform for dashboards and automation
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong client service mindset and responsiveness
- Background in professional services, training, or related field preferred
- HR or learning systems experience a plus
- Leadership experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with initiative and a willingness to learn
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
