Why This Role Matters

In the fast‑paced world of telecom billing and payroll, accuracy is the backbone of every successful operation. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our internal sales teams, external partners, and ultimately the end‑customers who rely on arenaflex’s services every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize multiple internal systems to enter pre‑ and post‑sales data, fulfill orders, process payments, and verify order accuracy.
  • Initiate new service order requests and coordinate the end‑to‑end product or service installation process.
  • Support and lead ad‑hoc projects generated by arenaflex sales channels, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute regular and ad‑hoc reports for management, sales support, and finance teams.
  • Educate internal stakeholders and external customers on arenaflex products, services, and billing procedures.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance standards, including data‑entry accuracy, productivity metrics, and service‑level agreements.
  • Draft routine client and customer correspondence, maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
  • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and route complex problems to the appropriate internal resources.
  • Complete special operational and client projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, finance, operations, outside vendors, and external customers to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Provide regular order activity updates to the Sales Support Manager or designated supervisor.
  • Coordinate and process offline orders received through G2B, e‑commerce platforms, and “Friends and Family” programs.
  • Serve as backup phone support during high‑volume periods, acting as the primary point of contact when the sales force is unavailable.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of hands‑on data‑entry experience, preferably within payroll, commission, or telecom environments.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
  • Payroll Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll processing, commission calculations, or related financial workflows is a strong plus.

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated track record of maintaining high accuracy rates in data‑intensive roles.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of data‑privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA, especially as they relate to payroll information.
  • Prior exposure to customer‑service or sales‑support functions, demonstrating empathy and problem‑solving aptitude.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications products and service offerings.
  • Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or similar credentials.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data trends, spot anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross‑functionally with finance, sales, operations, and IT teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to evolving processes, new software tools, and shifting business priorities.
  • Customer‑First Attitude: Commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
