  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple data streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling clear interaction with teammates and supervisors.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data entry software or ERP systems.
  • An analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity for uncovering patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Prior experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role, especially within a healthcare or insurance environment.
  • Exposure to electronic health record (EHR) platforms, claims processing systems, or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and data security best practices.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting with a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications, data validation tools, and workflow automation technologies.

  • Problem‑Solving: Ability to identify root causes of data errors and propose practical solutions.
  • Team Orientation: Collaborative spirit that thrives in a supportive, cross‑functional environment.
  • Adaptability: Openness to evolving processes, new tools, and shifting priorities without losing momentum.
  • Time Management: Efficiently allocate time across tasks, meet deadlines, and balance competing demands.
